Company Profile

Mills-Tui is located 20 minutes north of the Brisbane Airport in the thriving industrial area of Brendale. The company was established in Australia in 1999 and now employs approximately 175 staff whose skills span all disciplines of heavy vehicle design, manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, quality assurance and motor coach & body building. These skills combined with our manufacturing facility, allows us to produce up to 150 heavy specialised vehicles per annum. Mills-Tui is ISO 9001:2000 certified and is committed to excellence in design and manufacturing. We pride ourselves on the quality of our vehicles.

 

 

Engineering Capabilities

Mills-Tui believes continuous improvement and innovation is a key ingredient to ongoing success. To fulfil this objective, we have our own in house Engineering Department with the latest in Computer Aided Design software. We employ professionally qualified engineers covering the disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical and Manufacturing Engineering. Our investment in the area of technical expertise ensures all product produced by Mills-Tui are ‘fit for purpose', compliant with statutory legislative requirements, structurally sound, durable, functional and based on the latest technical innovations available worldwide today.

 

 

iScala Project Management

Mills-Tui operates a sophisticated Project Management system called iScala to manage the manufacturing of all projects and vehicles through our production facility. This ‘state of the art' software solution controls all aspects of our manufacturing processes. Commencing at point of order, detailed Bills of Materials, purchasing requirements, stores pick lists, inventory control, Work in Progress bookings, invoicing and financial reporting is all managed and controlled by our iScala Project Management System. What this means to our customers is you can have confidence that your Specialised Vehicle will be built in accordance to the specification, to an exceptional quality and to the agreed delivery schedule.

All stages of contract review, design, planning, purchasing, manufacture, testing, inspection and final acceptance follow strict quality procedures which are audited on a regular basis.
